The position of the rooms and the beautiful scenario were absolutely jaw-dropping. The lodge's greenery and the presence of wild animals made it a super enjoyable stay. The nearby Nairobi National Park offered an amazing nature walk with the kind-hearted Masai guide James, who made our trip mind-blowingly memorable. The peacefulness of the lodge was a definite keeper. The staff, especially Masii, took very good care of us, providing great customer service. The chalet had a great view from the balcony, the food was very tasty, and the amenities such as clean towels and a great shower added to our satisfaction. highly recommended!

Masai Lodge provided a warm welcome and helpful staff. the rooms were clean with beautiful views. the hotel had a nice pool and various seating areas. the manager even arranged coffee and a heater for us while we waited for our taxi. the staff went the extra mile, including organizing nature walks and a safari tour. We were impressed by their attention to detail, such as checking if we arrived safely at our next destination. A special mention to Solomon at reception and Margaret for her excellent service at the restaurant. Cons: Couldn't fault the experience. 😊.

Simply walking around the hotel, we were captivated by the beautiful grounds, perfect for hosting private parties or weddings. the staff, particularly Solomon at the reception, were always available and provided us with valuable advice on activities in the area. Margaret, who served us at the restaurant, was truly devoted and ensured we received delicious meals. And special thanks to Daniel for his hospitality as well. We can't wait to go back!
